Payment Terms
- A deposit for parts is required before work begins.
- Remaining labor costs are due upon completion of services.
- Payments are accepted via cash, credit card, or other agreed-upon methods.
Vehicle Condition and Liability
Revline Performance Garage will exercise reasonable care while handling your vehicle. You acknowledge that:
- Revline is not responsible for pre-existing damage or defects.
- Revline is not liable for loss or damage caused by unforeseen events, including theft, fire, or acts of nature.
Right to Refuse Service
Revline Performance Garage reserves the right to refuse service when a request is unsafe, unlawful, unreasonable, or inconsistent with shop policies.
Vehicle Media
Your vehicle may be photographed or recorded while work is being performed. These materials may be used on Revline’s website, social media, or other marketing channels. If you do not want your vehicle featured, notify us in writing before service begins.
Storage Fees
Vehicles left more than three business days after work is completed may incur a storage fee of $25 per day unless prior arrangements have been made.
Dispute Resolution
If a dispute occurs, both parties agree to first make a good-faith effort to resolve the matter directly before pursuing further action.
Privacy
Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
Changes to These Terms
Revline Performance Garage may update these terms when shop policies change. The current version will remain available on this page.
