Website Forms and Service Providers

Messages sent through our contact form are processed by Formspree so they can be delivered to Revline. Questions sent through the Ask RPG assistant are securely transmitted to OpenAI to generate a response. The conversation may include vehicle or contact details you voluntarily provide and is retained in Revline's OpenAI project records for at least 30 days. Do not submit payment-card numbers, passwords, or other highly sensitive information through the assistant. Embedded Instagram and Google Reviews content may also load services operated by SnapWidget, Elfsight, Google, and Instagram. Those providers may process technical information according to their own privacy policies.

Information Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers that help operate the website or support requested services, when you authorize it, or when disclosure is required by law.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect personal information. No method of internet transmission or electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Vehicle Media

Revline may photograph or record vehicles during service for documentation and marketing. If you do not want your vehicle featured publicly, notify us in writing before your appointment.

You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information held by Revline, subject to records we must retain for legitimate business or legal purposes.
